On the Legendary R&B Revue Tour, each artist performs a 30-minute set with the Tommy Castro Band, and the show closes with an electrifying jam (the highlight of the evening) sure to thrill and satisfy any blues fan!

The Tour was inspired by one of the most popular events aboard the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise - the nightly jam sessions.  The LR&B Cruise is the world's only fully chartered blues cruise that sails both the Pacific and Caribbean annually, attracting nearly 4,000 music fans from all 50 states and up to 18 foreign countries.

The Performers:
Tommy Castro Band, one of the most compelling live acts around, are known for their take-no-prisoners performances of their patented brand of rock 'n' soul music.  Castro was recently voted "Blues Artist of the Year" by the readers of BluesWax. If anyone would be the perfect host for a blues party, it would be these guys.  Their brand-new Blind Pig release is entitled Painkiller.

Magic Dick is well-known as the innovative and dynamic harmonica player who was a co-founder and mainstay of the chart-topping J. Geils Band, a legendary live act in the '70s.

Deanna Bogart , playing dazzling piano and soulful saxophone, combines boogie-woogie, contemporary blues, country, and jazz to create a unique fusion of musical styles.  Her new Blind Pig album is entitled Real Time

Ronnie Baker Brooks, the "Crown Prince of Chicago Blues" and the son of blues legend Lonnie Brooks, is a powerful guitarist and masterful entertainer who plays blues-rock with deep soul and a twist of modern hip-hop and funk rhythms.  His latest release is entitled The Torch, on Watchdog Records.

The Revue Tour is being co-sponsored by the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise; Blind Pig Records; Blues Revue, the world's largest print publication devoted to the full spectrum of the blues; BluesWax, the largest subscribed digital blues publication in the world; the Bluesville Radio Show on XM 74 Satellite Radio hosted by Bill Wax; and the Soul Fixin' Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping blues musicians in need  ( http://www.soul-fixin.com).

Don't miss this exciting show!
